In 2023 Ceræ joined the Booktopia affiliate program as a way to provide the journal with a form of income to directly help support the administrative costs of digital publishing. Affiliate programs work by Booktopia providing us with a small percentage commission of direct sales generated by people who use our links to purchase books through the Booktopia website. This does not increase the cost of the book to you, but instead comes from the profit which Booktopia makes on that book. These links will be primarily available through our blog when we promote individual titles. We choose to align our journal with this company because they are Australian-owned and operated, and operate purely in the digital space, just like Ceræ.

If you want to support the journal through your Booktopia purchases, please use the link below:

To further our aims of providing an open-access platform for innovative research into the digital humanities and further promoting original research by graduate and early career researchers in medieval and early modern studies in Australia as well as internationally, we are currently seeking new sponsorship arrangements both for the journal in general and for the Best Essay Prize directly.

If this sounds exciting and either you or your organisation would like to get involved, then please email both our Treasurer and Fundraising Officer.

In 2017, Ceræ was the winner of the competitive Bryant Stokes Matilda Award for Cultural Excellence. The Matilda Award recognises outstanding achievement in cultural pursuits in a variety of fields.
